Bringing New Life To Lockwood

With a tight kitchen and breakfast space, this (Kirkwood/Webster) home was cramping its owners’ style. It needed a fresh approach that would allow for more light – and plenty of life. 

 

Advantes responded by addressing the dated floorpan, expanding the kitchen into the garage area and integrating the space to ensure a seamless transition. With room to move, the kitchen was then upgraded to include a 48” dual fuel range with a custom wood hood, as well as a farmhouse sink and pot filler. A new island provides generous seating, but still allows for easy traffic flow around the room.

 

Expansive windows in the great room shine natural light throughout the space, bringing a sense of the outdoors into the home. And, with gathering space around the beautiful fireplace and entertainment center, the area is a cozy combination of natural beauty and modern amenities.
