We are on a roll! Our next project in historic Laclede’s Landing is the Hoffman Building located at 700-702 N. Second Street. This gem was a produce distribution headquarters for the St. Louis community before being taken over by the Ferman Tent Company in the mid-1930s. The 43,021sf building has some of the most elaborate brick facades in St. Louis which can only add to the amazing architecture and interior design we have in store for Hoffman Lofts. Features include (3) 2bed/2bath units, (18) 1bed/1bath units, 4,496sf of retail, and 10,627sf of commercial office space. Construction began in December of 2021, and we are currently framing and roughing in plumbing & fire suppression. Hoffman Lofts will be coming online 4th quarter of 2023. We’re beyond excited to see the vision coming to fruition!
